PAYMENT: All major credit cards and Pay Pal.

RETURNED CHECKS: Any check returned will incur a $25.00 returned check fee.

TEXAS RESIDENTS: If you are a Texas resident and have a Texas Resale Certificate you may call our toll free number (888) 589-9523 for instructions to send it to us.

ORDERING: We accept phone orders during posted office hours. If after business hours please email us or order through our online shopping cart.

SHIPPING: We ship via USPS (or FedEx if requested) on all packages in the continental United States.

Out of Stock Item: If an item is out of stock we will contact you by phone or email.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: Please contact us and we will correct the problem to your satisfaction.

RETURNS POLICY:

Since we do not accept returns of fragrance oils, we strongly suggest that you order samples first and test them in your particular application before ordering larger quantities.

As a standard in the fragrance oil industry, we will not accept any fragrance oils returned to Texas Candle Supply (for whatever reason). It is widely known of instances wherein the oils were diluted before returning to vendors.
