Pecos Bill was an American cowboy, who was at the center of numerous tall tales and legends about the Old West.
The Legendary Origins of Pecos Bill?: Pecos Bill was part of a wagon train until he fell out of the wagon. He was raised by a coyote. He later became a cowboy and fell in love with Slue-Foot Sue. He also had a horse named Widow Maker.
What He Did?: In the tall tales of Pecos Bill, the cowboy rode a tornado, used a rattlesnake as a whip, dug the Rio Grande, and accomplished other amazing feats.
